Resurfacing of staircases
STEP-UP is a system to renovate existing staircases
by professionals or hobby workers (do-it-yourself). Skilled
men can improve worn out staircases of wood, stone, etc. by
glueing the aluminium profile (or steel/brass) onto the edges
of the staircase and/or level out the worn part by appying
two component UNIBOND system. The remaining surface of approx.
2 - 3 mm can be levelled out by applying the liquid and self
levelling, bubble free UNICOAT-710 polyurethane (in any color)
or combined with chips.
